7 Progressive construction
This construction is to emphasize the something is occurring now. In Spanish we normal use the present tense to indicate the ing. To form we usually use: estar + a present participle. Estoy enseñando Ustedes están aprendiendo.

8 The progressive tense can also be used with continuar, seguir and verbs of motion:
Continuamos haciendo la tarea. Ellos siguen hablando. Va esquiando a pesar de la temperatura.

9 Placement of pronouns You either place pronouns in front of estar or attach it to the present participle. Yo me estoy cepillando los dientes. Yo estoy cepillándome los dientes

10 Rule for accent placement
