1st WORKPACKAGE.- Project Start and Coordination 1st Transnational Meeting (León) 1.1.- 1st Transnational Meeting (León) Piloting Committee Work distribution among the 7 partners NICT Application for permanent communication and self-assessment. Groups sensitising and involvement 1.2.- Groups sensitising and involvement To make the social actors aware of the actions, in the rural areas at a local and regional level. National and Regional Educational Bodies involvement for future official approval. Web page and news bulletin creation containing the aims of the project and used as a forum for discussion.

1st WORKPACKAGE.- Project Start and Coordination SPECIFIC AIMS u Each partner will choose a representant to form the Transnational Piloting Committee to start the project (transnational action and seminars preparation). u Continuous relationship with coordinator (IRMA SL) to help the partners, involved groups and beneficiaries to develop the tasks and to carry out the “work packages” objectives. u Each partner will get as many social actors involved at a local, regional and national level, to achieve a multiplier effect and results diffusion. u To use NICT for the project spreading, starting in the first phase (web page and news report).

2nd WORKPACKAGE.- Making and redacting the Training Itinerary 2.1.- 2nd Transnational Meeting (Trento) u 4 FOCUS GROUPS u Work draft for the 7 training modules: exchange of technical/educational advice 2.2.- To adapt the 7 chapters to the specific needs of the involved and target groups. 2.3.- Creation of a Resource Virtual Centre 2.4.- Enterprises involvement to adapt training to their specific needs. - Training itinerary presentation: 7 Didactic Modules - Dissemination of the first 2 phases results.

2nd WORKPACKAGE.- Making and redacting the Training Itinerary AIMS - To exchange technical and educational material (7 Didactic Modules) - Involvement by the rural training centres and the rural tourism enterprises al a local and regional level (project final test and assessment) - To develop the training itinerary, according to the training sections - To apply a permanent evaluation system from each partner: quantitative and qualitative (adherence signers) for initial valuation.

Specific objectives To design, test and validate the training system to qualify women, young people and sector workers (tourism, crafts, environmental) to improve labour insertion as To include the rural areas potentialities to create new jobs (New Sources of Employment) in the services of environment, leisure and tourism, compelled in 7 chapters or training modules. “Nature and Rural Realm Interpreter”

TASKS FOR EACH PARTNER IRMA SL FUNCIONES - Entidad promotora y coordinadora del proyecto IN-NATURE: ayudará y coordinará a todos los socios para la definición de los contenidos didácticos. - Coordinará el Comité de Pilotaje Transnacional - Acción de sensibilización entre los agentes sociales del medio rural de Castilla y León (España). - Coordinar el intercambio de material técnico y pedagógico para elaborar las 7 guías didácticas. - Coordinar la evaluación permanente en las fases.

To coordinate material and being legislation related to active tourism.
