1. SD. CUSHING Diagnóstico BIOQUÍMICO-CLÍNICO Sd Cushing: Obesidad troncular, hirsutismo, DM, HTA, atrofia muscular. Screening para la detección de secreción de glucocorticoides (SAGH): test de supresión DXM 1mg Diagnóstico etiológico: Niveles ACTH, test estimulación con CRH… IMAGEN TC Adenomas SR: Atrofia glandular contralateral. Adenomas HPF productores ACTH: Hiperplasia bilateral en la mayoría. Preciso realizar RMN HPF. RM HIPOFISARIA MEDICINA NUCLEAR tiene un papel limitado.
