PACIFIC REGION The natural Pacific region is located in western Colombia. This region extends from the Gulf of Urabá, on the border with Panama, to the border with Ecuador. It covers the entire part of the country bathed by the Pacific Ocean. It covers the departments of Valle del Cauca, Cauca, Nariño and Chocó.

It’s an ecological hydrographic region, mining and forestry wealth in which are natural parks.
This region is the land of the main afroamerican culture. One of the differential characteristics of the Pacific region is its high humidity.

ANDEAN REGION Is the most density populated.
It covers 3 mountain range. This region cover the departments of: Cundinamarca, Antioquia, Risaralda, Tolima, Quindío, Norte de Santander, Santander, Huila, Boyacá and Caldas.

Is known for its astonishing rock formations and active volcanoes, like the Nevado del Hulia.
In this region we can find the most important companies in coffee, flowers and textile materials. It’s climate is cold because the area is surrounding by mountains.

AMAZON REGION It is located in the south of our country and limits with Brazil, Perú and Ecuador. It covers the departments of Caquetá, Putumayo, Guaviare, Guainía and Amazonas. The region has a high rainfall and humidity level. The heat is constant throughout the year.
