8 Maintaining Program Eligibility
It is important for your child to attend school on a consistent basis. If your child is sick, please do not call the Early Childhood Office. You should call the school’s main office. If your child misses three (3) or more unexcused days in a month you may receive a call from the Early Childhood Office. Maintaining Program Eligibility Attendance Es importante que su hijo asista a la escuela de manera constante Si su hijo está enfermo, no llame a la Oficina de la Primera Infancia. Deberías llamar a la oficina principal de la escuela. Si su hijo pierde tres (3) o más días sin excusa en un mes, puede recibir una llamada de la Oficina de la Primera Infancia.

9 Maintaining Program Eligibility
You are required to drop-off and pick-up your child on time. If you are late for pick-up you will be required to pick-up your child in the school’s main office/ principal’s office. If you are late for pick-up two (2) or more days in a month you may be required to meet with the classroom teacher and program director. Maintaining Program Eligibility Drop Off & Pick Up Debe dejar y recoger a su hijo a tiempo. Si llega tarde a recogerlo, se le pedirá que recoja a su hijo en la oficina principal de la escuela / oficina del director. 11 Maintaining Program Eligibility
Update address and telephone numbers at all times in case of an emergency. If you move or your phone number or any of the emergency phone numbers you provided change please notify the school secretary. If your child is absent 3 or more days a doctor’s note is required and your child should be seen by the school nurse before attending class. Health Tips Please provide healthy snacks for your child. Due to the increase in children’s allergies only send food or snacks to school for your own child. 16 Maintaining Program Eligibility
Payment Policies Please make a check or money order payable to: Revere Public Schools. Please print your child’s name on the bottom of the check (in the memo area) No reduction in tuition is given for days on which your child is sick or absent from school. You will be charged for school days, not school vacations and holidays. Should there be a snow day – those snow days will be deducted in the June tuition. A late fee of $20.00 will be charged if tuition is not received on time. Maintaining Program Eligibility Tuition

Tuition Families behind on their payment will be required to meet with the program director. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. If your check is returned you will be required to replace this tuition payment immediately with a money order in the amount of the tuition plus the $25.00 fee.
