In Spain the letter “C” before “e” or “i” is pronuounced like the letters ”th” in English. In Latin America it is pronounced like the letter “s”. The letter “Z” in Spain is also pronounced like the letters “th” in English. In Latin America it is pronoiunced like the letter “s”.
