They will probably get almost all correct, except for the obvious ones like ‘Ayuntamiento’ and ‘Correos’. Then go through the list clicking word by word for pronunciation and correct translation. Pepe está al otro lado. Then click for the text, and ask questions like: ¿Quién está al lado de Ana? ¿Dónde está Susana? Continue in the same fashion for each set of prepositions. delante de = in front of detrás de = behind

There are only two abbreviations in Spanish. 1) a + el becomes al el lado = the side al lado de = at the side of (a +el lado de) de + el becomes del el banco = the bank detrás del banco = behind the bank (de + el banco) detrás de los bancos = behind the banks
