DOUBLE VERB CONSTRUCTION: Some verbs are commonly paired with other verbs. When this happens, only the FIRST VERB is conjugated. He wants (quiere) to dance. He needs (necesita) to study. He should (debe) sleep. He has to (tiene que) sing. He is going (va a) to work. He likes (le gusta) to swim.  CAREFUL! NOT all verbs are stem-changing! I need to close the door. You can dance well.
