CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIA La Dirección de Cooperación Técnica cuenta con una base de datos de más de 4000 expertos internacionales en todas las especialidades aeronáuticas, además del apoyo, cuando se requiere, del personal del programa regular, que son los que preparan y actualizan las normas y métodos recomendados por la OACI. ACONOMIAS DE ESCALA La OACI por el volumen de compras que realiza a nivel mundial, logra unos precios de Economía de Escala, que ningún competidor puede igualar. AUSENCIA DE INTERESES COMERCIALES La OACI es una agencia especializada de las Naciones Unidas, sin fines de lucro ni intereses comerciales y no ligada a ningún fabricante. TRANSPARENCIA Los procedimientos utilizados en la administración y ejecución de los proyectos aseguran una total transparencia, tanto ante los Estados, como ante las compañías suministradoras de bienes y servicios. MINIMOS COSTOS El costo de los servicios de los expertos y consultores internacionales que participan en los proyectos de cooperación técnica, están regulados por las normativas de Naciones Unidas y los costos administrativos que aplica la OACI son los mas bajos del mercado, justificados para poder mantener los costos operativos de su gestión.
