Singular I give You give He gives She gives It gives Plural We give They give Reglas ortográficas para el presente simple If you look above you'll see the spelling doesn't change, except for the third person singular (He, She, It) which adds an "s" to the verb. For example "I eat - He eats". Si observas detenidamente en el recuadro, te percatarás de que la ortografía no cambia, excepto para la tercera persona del singular (He, She, It) en cuyo caso se le añade "s" al verbo. Por ejemplo, "I eat - He eats".

11 NEGATIVE FORM To make sentences in negative form we should use the negative word NOT plus the auxiliary verb DOES before the main verb. Examples: He doesn't play soccer. She doesn't live in Armeria. She doesn't have a boyfriend, she has three. He doesn't wash his clothes.

12 Interrogative form. In the interrogative form we place the auxiliary DOES at the beginning of a sentence and we put an interrogation mark (?) at the end. Examples: Does she eat pizza? Does he come from Canada? Does she type fast? Does he clean his bedroom? Does he drink alcohol?
