Can they improvise their own verses with other instruments to the karaoke backing track? The words are very repetitive so this is an ideal song for pupils to try to sing from memory. Slide at the end of the PPT has the music again but just the first letter of every word to prompt them.

Pupil in possession of separate survey sheet asks 8 different questions to 8 different pupils in the class, plus a follow up question Te gusta el / la ? Even if pupils don’t play a particular instrument they can still give an opinion as to whether they like the sound of it or not. Sabes tocar el violin? Potential answers: Sí sé tocar el violin. Sí, me gusta. No, no sé tocar el violín. Sí, me gusta. Sí sé tocar el violin. No, no me gusta. No, no sé tocar el violín. No, no me gusta.
