5 A student will earn a B if:
Example… A student will earn a B if: one or more written homework assignments or reading outline is not completed the day it is due, but it is still shown to the teacher after the due date passive participation or consistent departure from class occurs a 1 is scored on 3-point writing quiz and a 1, 2, or 3 is scored on a 5- point writing quiz, and a meeting with the teacher for revision is not organized/completed within three days a score below 80% is earned on multiple-choice listening and analytical exams, and remediation and a retake is not sought within three days the lesson projects are late, incomplete, or the criteria is otherwise unfulfilled

6 A student will earn an A if:
Example… A student will earn an A if: every written homework assignment and reading outline is completed for the day it is due meaningful and consistent participation is demonstrated in class a majority of at least a 2 is scored on 3-point writing quizzes and at least a 4 is scored on a 5-point writing quizzes at least an 80% is scored on multiple-choice listening and analytical exams the lesson projects are completed for the due date and all criteria is fulfilled
