85 El Menu Proyecto OVERVIEW : Student working in groups of 3 or 4 will create a menu of authentic foods from Spanish speaking country. You will also create a dialogue for the members in your group. You will present a skit of a restaurant experience. THE MENU (2 students) You must group the foods from the food “vocabulario” Include the following in the menu: 1 -Foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drink (non-alcoholic) and dessert (include the whole list or more) seven items each. 2 -The price of each item 3-The menu must be colorfully illustrated through out (at least seven drawings or pictures) 4- Have the restaurant Spanish name; include the address, phone number and of your restaurant. -The menu must be completely in Spanish. THE SKIT (3-5 minutes) (2 students) You are to create a skit in Spanish about a restaurant experience. The dialogue must include entering the restaurant, asking for the menu, ordering off the menu, and eating and paying for the meal. You must also include one problem, i.e. problem with the ordering of the food, problem with paying the bill, problem with the order etc. All members of the group must speak equal amounts of time throughout the skit. You might include a backdrop (i.e. banner or poster etc.) with the name of the restaurant; you must include 5 props (plates, cups, fake foods, napkins, etc. Add music and real food for extra points.
