Nothing weird. No weird word order or rules. Just remember Alguno is matched gender and number.

Algunos toros son muy grandes y miedosos. Leticia asiste al partido de jai alai, también. Vamos a hacer algo divertido. I always go to the ruins. Some bulls are large and scary. Leticia attends the jai alai game, also. We are going to do something fun.

They are not translated word for word, though. They do something weird. Double negatives do occur in Spanish (NOT ENGLISH!). Sometimes we have to say a double negative in our head in English to help us translate it.

9 Ejemplo Yo no tengo ningún dinero. Yo no veo el toro tampoco.
I don’t have any money.=I no have none money. Yo no tengo ningún dinero. I don’t see the bull either.= I no see the bull neither. Yo no veo el toro tampoco.

We no have tickets neither. Nosotros no tenemos los boletos tampoco. I never swim in the ocean.= I no swim in the ocean never. Yo no nado en el oceano nunca. Yo nunca nado en el oceano.
