2 HOPE Programa de Intercambio de Profesionales Sanitarios de la Federación Europea de Hospitales y Servicio Sanitarios 2017 (HOPE) Como continuación al tema del 2016 "Innovation in hospitals and healthcare: the way forward“, HOPE organiza la 36 edición del  programa de intercambio en 2017… Tema elegido:                                                                     ““Organisational Innovation in Hospitals and Healthcare” ” “Innovación organizativa en hospitales y asistencia sanitaria”  La innovación organizativa es un tema muy amplio que en el contexto del programa de intercambio se dirigirá al conocimiento de nuevos métodos o procesos en relación con el uso de nuevas tecnologías, con la provisión de servicios de salud, con la gestión de recursos humanos y la autonomía del paciente o la participación.

3 HOPE Programa de Intercambio de Profesionales Sanitarios de la Federación Europea de Hospitales y Servicio Sanitarios 2017 (HOPE) Candidaturas El programa se dirige a “profesionales  que trabajan en la gestión sanitaria no solo en hospitalaria sino también en la atención primaria de salud y en la Administración Sanitaria Central , Regional o Local con responsabilidades de gestión, con un mínimo de tres años de experiencia y conocimiento de la lengua exigida por el país anfitrión”. Fechas del intercambio 15 de mayo a 14 de junio de 2017 El HOPE Ágora y la evaluación del programa,  se organizará del 12 al 14 de junio de 2017 en una ciudad pendiente de determinar.

5 HOPE Programa de Intercambio de Profesionales Sanitarios de la Federación Europea de Hospitales y Servicio Sanitarios 2017 (HOPE) Formularios de solicitud Los documentos para solicitar la participación de los profesionales son el FORM P1, el FORM P2, éste último tiene que estar firmado por el/la profesional y por la gerencia autorizándole en las condiciones que figuran en el documento. La financiación de los gastos de viaje y la formación  que figura en el formulario P2 se entiende condicionada a la disponibilidad presupuestaria de cada Gerencia/Dirección. El documento SELF-ASSESMENT OF LANGUAGGE PROFICIENCY es útil para que los participantes se posicionen a la hora de rellenar el formulario en uno de los 6 niveles de conocimiento de las lenguas que utiliza la UE.

Correo APPLICATION DEADLINE Deadline for all candidates to return two copies of their application forms (Form P1 by and Form P2 by normal post) to their national co-ordinator.  Hosts should also send the Form H1 to the national co-ordinator before this date. PROOF OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY The candidate MUST have contacted the national co-ordinator of the host country by phone to show his language knowledge.
