100 How it works - model There will be two cooks in the hall.
For every three clients in the room, there will be one waiter. The waiter will take the orders. 1st order is el desayuno, 2nd order almuerzo, 3rd is cena The client will order a main food, a fruit/other side and a drink. The cooks will have to make up the orders (draw them on cards) and get them our quickly. You want to be the first waiter and clients finished.
