2 Repaso: Why is conjugating verbs so important? Every verb needs to agree with the subject to make grammatical sense REMEMBER: if you do not conjugate the verb- Yo escuchar = I to listen Yo escucho = I listen

4 How to conjugate –er/-ir verbs Heres how you form the present tense of verbs that end in –er: 1.Start with the infinitive comer 2.DROP the –er com 3.ADD the appropriate ending (according to the subject)
