Ejemplo del uso de los conectores de secuencia en una narración: India seems to me a really interesting place so I convinced my brother to make a trip.

An old friend told me about “The Festival of Colours” celebrated in the land of Gandhi. So we wanted to participated in that celebration.

Do you want to know what we did as soon as we arrived to India?

FIRST we had a masala chai tea in the restaurant of the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful.

LATER we asked for gujiyas (that are sweet dumplings)...

…and phirni (that it is made of rice and milk )…

THEN we decided to go out. It was Spring time!

We saw people...

... that were throwing at each other coloured powder on their bodies and clothes....

AFTER that a guy squirted us with a water gun filled with coloured water...

I had just closed my eyes when my clothes were declared a total loss :-)...

We saw an old woman. She was wearing a large dress...

...a young lady was wearing a “bindi” (a red pot ) on the center of her forehead...

...and a dog with coloured powder on its body.

AFTER A WHILE we were listening to music in the Street. The musician were playing drums and other musical instruments.

They were going from place to place, singing and dancing.

FINALLY we saw people dancing in the street, we were tired and got back to the hotel.

Glosario A total mess = Una pérdida total.
