OMPI 2005 Copy Rights Office. Software: Copy Rights Management. (WIPO 2005) El Registro de Propiedad Industrial cuenta con la versión IPAS Java Marcas (actualmente en migración para la versión 2.4). (CR-WIPO) El proyecto inició en Marzo del 2007 / The kick off was in March 2007 El marco utilizado fue el programa de cooperación técnica de CR- OMPI./ The frame work of the project was the technical Cooperation Program of Wipo – CR. El proyecto ha generado más de 6 versiones del programa ( 1.6, 2.0,2.1, 2.2, 2.3 y 2.4). / The project has generated 6 versions of the system (1.6, 2.0,2.1, 2.2, 2.3 y 2.4). The Patent Office utilizes a locally developed patent systems based on the Fox Pro Database. CR-OMPI se encuentran trabajando en la confección y aprobación del Plan de Administración del Proyecto. (versions A 04-30-2009, A1 05-15-2009, B 05-21-09, C 08-20-09). WIPO-CR right now is working on the Project Management Plan. (versions A 04-30-2009, A1 05-15-2009, B 05-21-09, C 08-20-09). 22 Conclusiones / Conclusions El reto es desarrollar mayor eficiencia y calidad en la gestión / The improvement of quality an efficiency remains a key challange. Coordinar e integrar proyectos para eliminar redondancias y generar eficiencias especialmente en herramientas tecnológicas y patentes./ Coordinate and integrate projects to target redundancies and improve the efficiency specially in technological tools and patents.
