2 Structure: ETN & EJD  At least 3 beneficiaries in 3 different MS EU or AC (Recomendation: 6 to 10) EJD: the 3 beneficiaries  award PhD EID  At least 2 beneficiaries in 2 different MS EU or AC 1 award PhD + 1 non-academic sector Budget: 2014 405,18 EUR millions: 25.5 (EID) 30 (EJD) 2015 370,00 EUR millions 25 (EID) 28 (EJD) 86 % to ETN !!

4 Duration: Project 48 months Recruitment: 3 to 36 months (EID 50% time in non academic sector) Who: Early Stage Reserchers ( < 4 years from Master) Condition: not reside or carry out research/work for more than 12 months in the last 3 years (ref. recruiment date) Secondments: up to 30% of the recruitment period

Recruitment of researches to be trained Training and networking costs, organisation of joint activities and conferences Management and overheads Cost for visiting researches, external experts, research costs, tuition fees, participation in training activities, workshops, conferences, execution of the training project, orgnization of summer schools…

6 Budget  Automatically calculated from the information provided Adjusted through corrections for the cost of living according to the country ! Example ETN (maximum: 540 research/month per network) 5 beneficiaries Per beneficiary 108 research/month, could be: 3 “36 months” grants or 1 “36 months” + 6 “12 months” grants or … Institutions : 972000 euro (research, traning, networking) 243000 euro/yr (global) 648000 euro (management & indirect cost) 162000 euro/yr
