5 JPIC: The Director of the delegation’s JPIC participates in the activities of the JDPC on the National level. The Director has been a voice that speaks for the poor especially on the activities of the “boko-haram” sect in the country. We have also created a link between the mission procure office the parishes by putting an NGO that will be networked to PROCLADE for greater effectiveness. We have chaplains in various regions who coordinate their activities. We also have established lay-evangelizers and also Association of Catholic Lawyers. The Delegation through the help of the General Government has built a secondary school which will begin by 2014/2015 academic year.
