The present progressive in Spanish is ONLY used for event that is in process at the moment we are talking (ahora mismo). In Spanish if we want to express something in the near future, we can use the expression (verb form of IR) + a + infinitive Estoy trabajando ahora mismo. Voy a trabajar mañana. I am working right now. I am going to work tomorrow.
