Students of the third cycle of primary have been studying the topic of Nutrition.
They have worked on the necessary nutrients for a healthy diet and they have made the food wheel in group.
They have also filled in a chart with all the food they have eaten for a week. After having studied their weekly diet, they have pointed out what they should incorporate or eliminate from their eating habits to achieve a better healthy diet.
They have solved some mathematics problems handling different amounts of nutrients from the monthly school menu.
