It was very hot. Hacía mucho calor.

We were 15 years old. Nosotros teníamos quince años.

At 3:00 they fought. A las tres ellos pelearon.

You always visited the palace. Tú siempre visitabas el palacio.

Normally we bought cookies. Normalmente nosotros comprábamos las galletas.

A month ago my parents returned. Hace un mes que mis padres regresaron.

While I was dancing, Carlos was playing the guitar. Mientras yo bailaba, Carlos tocaba la guitarra.
