CONJUGATING –AR VERBS  Infinitives are verbs that are not assigned a subject.  Conjugating is assigning a subject to a verb and changing the forms to indicate who is doing the action.

STEPS TO CONJUGATING A REGULAR –AR VERB Step one:  Remove the –ar from the verb hablar habl-ar  This is called the stem of the verb: habl Step two:  Add your verb endings according to the subject  The verb endings are as follows: yo-onosotros-amos tú-asvosotros-áis (used in Spain) él/ella-aellos/ellas-an ustedustedes
