Steps for conjugating “stem changing” verbs. Decide if the verb has stem change and what it is. (Ex: Jugar – yes, bailar - no) Write the stem with the stem change. (Jueg) Look at the ending. Is it –ar, -er, -ir? (-ar verb) Add the correct ending.
