II Global Framework Agreement We have started working in the revision of the Agreement (expected FY2019) II Equality Plan Agreement In September 2010, legacy Gamesa signed the First Equality Plan together with the social representation. In September 2014, Gamesa once again reinforces its commitment to diversity and equality of opportunities between women and men, signing its Second Equality Plan. III Equality Plan Agreement We have started working in the revision of the Equality Plan (expected FY2018) Code of Conduct The current Code of Conduct was approved by the Board of Directors on April 5, 2016 (Gamesa). The Trade Unions were involved and made their comments. Signed by Gamesa (2015), the IndustriALL Global Union, CCOO and UGT. First global agreement to guarantee labor rights by a company in the renewable energy sector.
