3 Slide 1 1. Greetings between waiter/waitress and customers.

4 Slide 2 2. Waiter/waitress will ask what the client(s) want to drink with client response.

5 Slide 3 Client(s) will ask about specific specialties (ie. El plato del día) and the price. **WRITE OUT NUMBERS**

6 Slide 4 Waiter/waitress will ask what the client(s) want to eat with client response.

7 Slide 5 5. The client(s) will each make comments about the food.

8 Slide 6 6. The client(s) will each make comments about the service.

9 Slide 7 7. The client(s) will discuss a problem during the meal at the table.

10 Slide 8 8. The client(s) will discuss the problem with the waiter/waitress.

11 Slide 9 – 9. Waiter/waitress will ask what the client(s) want to eat for dessert with client response. **Clients will order a dessert**

14 How do I put text on the slide? Type the dialogue in MICROSOFT WORD. It is easier to transfer the text this way. Copy and Paste your dialogue from WORD into the various boxes.

15 How do I put text on the slide? Go to INSERT – TEXTBOX to insert a text box. – Drag the cursor where you want the box.

16 How do I make a recording of each slide? Step #1 Click on the icon under “Insert” – bottom RIGHT

17 How do I make a recording of each slide? Step #2 Select “Record Audio”

18 How do I make a recording of each slide? Step #3 Click the red button & talk. Hit Save & repeat for each slide.
