2 Los usos  Describing, narrating or informing in the present  3 Translations of the present tense: I walk, I am walking, I do walk  All translations are used in question form also  Reporting habitual actions o Camino a la escuela todos los días  Expressing attitudes, feelings and opinions  Retelling a historical event o Cenicienta, además de cocinar, limpia los pisos y las escaleras de la casa  Expressing a past idea that continues in the present o Hace tres años que vivo aquí. I have lived here for a year.  The question is expressed by ¿Cuánto tiempo hace que…+present tense?
