My birthday is April 2nd. Mi cumpleaños es el dos de abril.

4 ¿Cómo se dice…? How old are you? ¿Cuántos años tienes?
I am thirteen years old. Yo tengo trece años.

5 ¿Cómo se dice…? Where do you live? ¿Dónde vives? I live in the city.
Vivo en la ciudad.

6 Describe 3 family members (age, physical description, and character traits)
Mi hermano tiene doce años, él es alto, guapo y moreno. Mi hermano es extrovertido y inteligente. Mi madre tiene cuarenta años. Ella es baja y rubia. Mi madre es simpática y trabajadora. Mi prima tiene dieciseis años. Ella es alta y delgada. Ella no es gorda. Mi prima es extrovertida y un poca perezosa.

I am funny, outgoing, intelligent, and I am not shy. Yo soy cómico/a, extrovertido/a, inteligente, y no soy tímida/o.

She is twenty years old. María tiene veinte años.

Es la una y media de la tarde. It is 4:15am. Son las cuatro y cuarto de la mañana.

¿A qué hora es la clase de ciencias? Science class is at 12:00pm. La clase de ciencias es al mediodía.

My best friend is Lindsey. Mi mejor amiga es Lindsey.

¿A qué hora sales de la casa? I leave my house at 8:00am. Salgo de mi casa a las ocho de la mañana.

¿A qué hora llegas al colegio? I arrive at school at 8:24am. Yo llego al colegio a las ocho y veinticuatro de la mañana.

¿Qué haces por la tarde? I do my homework and play sports in the afternoon. Yo hago mi tarea y juego los deportes por la tarde.

¿A qué hora vas a la cafetería? I go to the cafeteria at 11:00am. Yo voy a la cafetería a las once de la mañana. Why do you go to the cafeteria? ¿Por qué vas a la cafetería? I go to the cafeteria to eat lunch. Yo voy a la cafetería para comer el almuerzo.

¿A qué hora tienes la clase de inglés? I have Language Arts at 9:50am. Yo tengo la clase de inglés at las diez menos diez de la mañana.

¿A qué hora regresas a casa? I return home at 3:45pm. Yo regreso a casa a las cuatro menos cuarto de la tarde.

Me gusta la cafetería en mi colegio. Me gustan mis amigos en mi colegio. No me gusta la clase de ciencias en mi colegio.

¿Qué haces por la mañana? In the morning, I get up, take a bath, and brush my teeth. Por la mañana, me levanto, me baño, y me lavo los dientes.
