2 Las Posadas The festivities for Christmas start with posadas. It is celebrated from December 16-24 representing the nine days Mary carried Jesus in her womb. Usually during Las posadas there will be a party every night, neighbors will gather and dress as shepherds,angels, and Mary and Joseph. The party ends with a piñata shaped like a Christmas star. On December 24 the last day there will be a midnight mass.

3 Las Posadas Las posadas is about Mary. It is celebrated because of the nine days that Mary carried Jesus in her womb. Las posadas would not be celebrated if not for Mary carrying Jesus.

6 Las posadas es una fiesta interstate para mí y me gustaría participar en él porque está mostrando cuándo hicieron María y José en el mundo, también. Me gustaría participar en las posadas también porque valoro todo lo que hizo María para traer a Jesús al mundo y creo que la gente debe recordar y apreciar Ella, también. Las posadas me aparecen divertido para posar el tiempo justo con Los vecinos cantando y vestir sé como pastores, ángeles, o inclusion María y José. Creo que es intersante que las posadas sé celebra durante nueve días, debido a la duración de María llevó a Jesús. Creo que sería divertido e intersante para celebrar las posadas.
