9 Other Uses of TENER  As you know, TENER is sometimes used where in English we use a form of the verb “to be”:

11 Poner and Hacer  This unit does not include the next two verbs, “Poner and Hacer” but they are extremely important verbs to know in Spanish and are very much like Tener.
