2 You already know that there are three types of verbs in the present tense, those that end in ar, er and ir. You have also already learned how to conjugate ar verbs. Recall that you drop the ar from the stem of the verb and add the one of the following endings: (yo) (tú) (él/ella/ud.) 11 A tag question is attached to the end of a sentence to make it a question. If you expect someone to answer yes, use ¿no? or ¿verdad? When the expected answer is no, use ¿verdad?
