Debo admitir que soy escéptico acerca de líquidos o en añadir en las partes sustancias que afirman reducir las emisiones. Authentication of data as a result of testing Cataclean My name is Sulev “Swede” Oun and I am the owner and President of O&K Truck and Auto Repairs Ltd., located in Buffalo, NY, USA. In our shop we work on passenger vehicles and up to and including tractor/trailers. We perform all aspects of maintenance and services on vehicles. We also specialize in drivability and emissions problems. Part of our facility is dedicated to provide training. I have a classroom set up to provide various courses on both automotive and heavy-duty trucks to in-service technicians. I also provide training and seminars in other areas away from the classroom for various trade organizations and government agencies. I have authored various books such as the “Medium/Heavy Duty Electrical and Electronics” for Delmar Publishing. For the NYS Automotive Technician Training Program (ATTP) I was on the original design committee for Heavy Duty brakes and various curriculum update committees. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to be on the ground floor of many emissions programs implemented by our state such as OBDII. I also went through the national Train the Trainer for OBDII through ASPIRE/CAAT. The following is a list of some of the organizations I am involved with: ・ Member of SAE ・ Automotive Advisory committee for BOCES schools ・ Member of NYS Motor Truck Association (presently State Chairman of Maintenance (Council) ・ Board of directors for the Automotive Technology and Energy Group of W.N.Y. ・ I have over forty years of experience in all aspects of the automotive field. In May of 2008, I was the designated and certified testing technician for an independent test performed on fleet vehicles from the State of New York, County of Erie, and other private vehicles, using the Cataclean product in both gasoline and diesel fueled vehicles. Testing was performed by a Montana system mobile gas analysis laboratory. The testing protocol employed was strictly followed and consistent across all vehicles tested. Each vehicle was determined to be free of mechanical defects and acceptable candidates for testing. Comprehensive tests were carried out on each vehicle at Low Idle and High Idle (2,500 RPM) prior to the introduction of Cataclean into each test vehicle. I can verify that each vehicle tested was driven for twenty minutes “drive-time”, returned to the test site at which time Cataclean was introduced into the system. The engines were then put through the same protocol of Low Idle and High Idle with the capture or “bag” of emissions readings. I can verify that the attached testing results for the testing performed on the fleet vehicles for the State of New York, County of Erie as well as other private vehicles tested are valid and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
