1 Estar/Ser To be or not to be

2 Ser and Estar Ser is used to describe someone or something.
Both verbs mean “TO BE.” Both are irregular verbs (do not follow a regular pattern) Ser is used to describe someone or something. Estar is used to tell how they are feeling and where someone or something is located.

7 Ser is use to describe someone or something
Ser is use to describe someone or something. (all physical descriptions words go with ser) Example: I am short. He is intelligent Yo soy baja. Él es inteligente. Estar is used to tell how someone is feeling. Example: I am sick. We are well. Estoy enferma. Estamos bien. Also, it is used to tell where someone is located. Example: She is at school. The dog is here. Está en la escuela. El perro está aquí
