3 #3 Did You Notice? The months are not capitalized unless they come at the start of a sentence. August is my favorite month. Agosto es mi mes favorito. My favorite month is June. Mi mes favorito es junio.

4 #4 The Date in Spanish Take notes. The date in Spanish follows a very specific pattern. El + the number of the day + de + the name of the month + the year 10/31/2005 ~ el treinta y uno de octubre de dos mil cinco. 06/17/1989 ~ el diez y siete de junio de mil novecientos ochenta y nueve.
