3 In both English and Spanish, ordinal numbers indicate position in a series or order of items. When used with a noun, an ordinal number must agree in number. primero/asexto/a segundo/aséptimo/a tercero/aoctavo/a cuarto/anoveno/a quinto/adécimo

4 Ordinal numbers are placed before nouns. Ex. Es la primera película de Tom Cruise. Nuestro apartamento está en el octavo piso. ***Primero and tercero drop the o before a masculine singular noun. Enero es el primer mes del año. Hoy es el tercer día que tenemos clase.

5 1. She lives on the second floor. 2. He is the fifth person that wears a red shirt. 3. They climb until they arrive to the seventh floor. 4. Her room is on the first floor. 5. Spanish is my first class. 6. You buy the the tenth car. 7. We take the sexth book. 8. I live in the third apartment.

7 Ser- 1) Used to indicate origin: where someone or something is from. 2) Used to indicate professions 3) Used for date & time 4) Used describe a person, place or thing Estar 1) Used to indicate location: where someone or something is 2) Used to describe conditions, such as how someone feels
