Making plans You could say: – ¿Te gusta ir al cine con nosotros? – Do you want to go to the theater with us? ¡Pero es maleducado! That´s a bit rude!

To soften your requests... Use the conditional!! The conditional tense is súper fácil, very easy. Just add the following endings to the infinitive (unchanged) verb. -ía -ías -ía -íamos -ían X Yo Tú Él, ella, usted Nosotros Nosotras Ellos, ellas Ustedes

To soften your requests... So with the verb gustar, we just add gustar! Ía (n) X Yo Tú Él, ella, usted Nosotros Nosotras Ellos, ellas Ustedes Me gustar Te gustar Le gustar Nos gustar Les gustar

Making plans So now you would say: – ¿Te gustaría ir al cine con nosotros? – Would you like to go to the movie theater with us? ¡Mucho mejor!

Making plans You could then respond politely: – Sí, me gustaría ir con ustedes. – Yes, I´d like to go with you all. ¡Qué buena educación!

Making plans Did you notice that the second verb doesn´t change? So you could say: – ¿Te gustaría nadar conmigo?
