3   Use the present perfect indicative to say what has or hasn't happened in a period of time up to the present or to talk about something that happened very recently. Present Perfect Indicative

4   To form the present perfect indicative, use the present tense of the helping verb haber followed by the past participle of the main verb.

7   Use the future perfect tense to say what will have happened (by a certain time or date).  Para el año 2021 yo habré terminado mis estudios de la universidad. = By the year 2021 I will have finished my university studies. Future Perfect

9   The conditional perfect describes an action in the past that "would have" happened but did not due to some other event. 11   Use the pluscuamperfecto to say what things had happened. This is commonly used with “ya”= already.  Ya había cocinado cuando mi amiga me invitó a cenar. = I had already cooked when my friend invited me to dinner. Pluscuamperfecto
