Robert Wechsler Valladolid, mayo 2012 the coh. i am speaking of is psychological one. i.e. there are many technical posssibilities today to turn body movt into sound or sound modulations. what this workshop concerns is about is how to choose. what about the movt. changes what about the sound. this stupid-sounding question is the key. my approach to this issue is based on my experiences as a dancer and choreographer. this presentation can be downloaded at:

22 Danza + Música = ? it is a synaesthetic experience. involves a combination , overlapping of sense. they build something together that is greater than each separately. this is their real power. this is what we are after. i.e. humans and a unique , and deep rooted ability – Trieb – desire, to move to music. to correlate movement and music.
