Las ovejas y los cabritos... The sheep and the goats... Parábolas. Parables.

2 La venida de Cristo es un hecho REAL.
The coming of Christ is something REAL. Y su juicio algo de lo cual NO podemos escapar. And his judgment something we cannot escape.

3 La Biblia nos asegura que el juicio de Dios está muy cerca.
The Bible assures us that the judgment is near. Sera de dos manera: It will be of two manners. 1. Negativo - Negative 2. Positivo -Positive. ¿Estamos nosotros preparados para cuando este juicio de Dios venga? ¡Dios viene y los hombres NO lo podrán detener por más que quieran! Are we prepared for the judgment of God when it comes? God is coming and Man WILL NOT hold him back no matter how much they want to.

4 Mateo 25:31-46. 31Cuando el Hijo del Hombre venga en su gloria, y todos los santos ángeles con él, entonces se sentará en su trono de gloria, 32y serán reunidas delante de él todas las naciones; y apartará los unos de los otros, como aparta el pastor las ovejas de los cabritos. 33Y pondrá las ovejas a su derecha, y los cabritos a su izquierda. 34Entonces el Rey dirá a los de su derecha: Venid, benditos de mi Padre, heredad el reino preparado para vosotros desde la fundación del mundo. 35Porque tuve hambre, y me disteis de comer; tuve sed, y me disteis de beber; fui forastero, y me recogisteis; 36estuve desnudo, y me cubristeis; enfermo, y me visitasteis; en la cárcel, y vinisteis a mí. 37Entonces los justos le responderán diciendo: Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, y te sustentamos, o sediento, y te dimos de beber? 38¿Y cuándo te vimos forastero, y te recogimos, o desnudo, y te cubrimos? 39¿O cuándo te vimos enfermo, o en la cárcel, y vinimos a ti? 40Y respondiendo el Rey, les dirá: De cierto os digo que en cuanto lo hicisteis a uno de estos mis hermanos más pequeños, a mí lo hicisteis. 41Entonces dirá también a los de la izquierda: Apartaos de mí, malditos, al fuego eterno preparado para el diablo y sus ángeles. 42Porque tuve hambre, y no me disteis de comer; tuve sed, y no me disteis de beber; 43fui forastero, y no me recogisteis; estuve desnudo, y no me cubristeis; enfermo, y en la cárcel, y no me visitasteis. 44Entonces también ellos le responderán diciendo: Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, sediento, forastero, desnudo, enfermo, o en la cárcel, y no te servimos? 45Entonces les responderá diciendo: De cierto os digo que en cuanto no lo hicisteis a uno de estos más pequeños, tampoco a mí lo hicisteis. 46E irán éstos al castigo eterno, y los justos a la vida eterna.

5 Matthew 25:31-46 31When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. 34Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: 36Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. 37Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. 41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: 43I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. 44Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? 45Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. 46And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

6 1. Veremos que es lo que le preocupa a Dios.
En la parábola de las ovejas y los cabritos se nos da gran luz sobre el tema. In the parable of the sheep and the goats there is a great light shown on the subject. 1. Veremos que es lo que le preocupa a Dios. 1. We will see what is that worries god. 2. Se nos reta a tener un buen corazón. 2. It is told to us to have a good heart. 3.La manera cómo respondemos a las necesidades de otros determinará si estamos preparados para el día del juicio 3. The manner which we respond to the needs of others determines if we are prepared for the judgment day.

7 Veamos la parábola misma - Let's see the parable itself.
Jesús nos marca la escena... 8 ¿Cuándo será todo esto? When will all of this be?
Cuando Cristo venga... When Christ comes. Un juicio que muy pronto vendrá a todas las naciones... A judgement that will come very soon to all nations.

9 Mateo :27, Matthew 27Porque el Hijo del Hombre vendrá en la gloria de su Padre con sus ángeles, y entonces pagará a cada uno conforme a sus obras. 28De cierto os digo que hay algunos de los que están aquí, que no gustarán la muerte, hasta que hayan visto al Hijo del Hombre viniendo en su reino. 27For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. 28Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

10 Mateo :64, Matthew 64Jesús le dijo: Tú lo has dicho; y además os digo, que desde ahora veréis al Hijo del Hombre sentado a la diestra del poder de Dios, y viniendo en las nubes del cielo. 65Entonces el sumo sacerdote rasgó sus vestiduras, diciendo: ¡Ha blasfemado! ¿Qué más necesidad tenemos de testigos? He aquí, ahora mismo habéis oído su blasfemia. 64Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. 65Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.

11 Marcos : Mark 38Porque el que se avergonzare de mí y de mis palabras en esta generación adúltera y pecadora, el Hijo del Hombre se avergonzará también de él, cuando venga en la gloria de su Padre con los santos ángeles. 38Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

12 1 Tesalonicenses 4:16,17. Thessalonians
16Porque el Señor mismo con voz de mando, con voz de arcángel, y con trompeta de Dios, descenderá del cielo; y los muertos en Cristo resucitarán primero. 17Luego nosotros los que vivimos, los que hayamos quedado, seremos arrebatados juntamente con ellos en las nubes para recibir al Señor en el aire, y así estaremos siempre con el Señor. 16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

13 2 Tesalonicenses 1:7-9 Thessaloinans
7y a vosotros que sois atribulados, daros reposo con nosotros, cuando se manifieste el Señor Jesús desde el cielo con los ángeles de su poder, 8en llama de fuego, para dar retribución a los que no conocieron a Dios, ni obedecen al evangelio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo; 9los cuales sufrirán pena de eterna perdición, excluidos de la presencia del Señor y de la gloria de su poder, 7And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

15 ¿Cuál es la idea que Jesús nos quiere dar?
What's the idea that Jesus wants to give us? Es la del pastor, separando las ovejas de los cabritos... It's of the shepherd, seperating the sheep from the goats...

16 God is the one that will seperate
Hermanos el juicio será un acto de separación... Brothers, the judgement will be an act of seperation... Dios es el que separará... God is the one that will seperate

17 ¿Quienes son los de la derecha? Who are the ones on the right?

18 ¿Por qué los llamará benditos? Why will he call them blessed?
Le dieron de comer cuando tenía hambre They gave him to eat when he was hungry Le dieron de beber cuando tenía sed... They gave him to drink when he was thirsty Le recibieron cuando lo vieron como forastero. They recieved him when they saw him as a stranger. Le vistieron cuando lo vieron desnudo. They dressed him when they saw him naked. Le visitaron cuando estaba enfermo. They visited him when he was sick. y cuando estaba en la carcel. and when he was in jail.

19 ¿Por qué se extrañan los justos? Why will the righteous be surprised?
37Entonces los justos le responderán diciendo: Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, y te sustentamos, o sediento, y te dimos de beber? 38¿Y cuándo te vimos forastero, y te recogimos, o desnudo, y te cubrimos? 39¿O cuándo te vimos enfermo, o en la cárcel, y vinimos a ti? 37Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? Por eso, porque son justos. For that, because they're righteous.

20 ¿Quienes son los de la izquierda? Who are the ones on the left?

21 ¿Por qué los llamará malditos? Why will he call them cursed?
Porque no le dieron de comer cuando tenía hambre... they did not give him to eat when he was hungry. Porque no le dieron de beber cuando tenía sed... they did not give him to drink when he was thirsty. Porque no le recibieron cuando lo vieron como forastero. they did not take him in when they saw he was a stranger. Porque no le vistieron cuando lo vieron desnudo. They did not dress him when they saw he was naked Porque no le visitaron cuando estaba enfermo. they didn't visit him when he was sick. y cuando estaba en la carcel, no le visitaron. and when he was in jail, they did not visit him.

22 ¿Por qué se extrañan los malos? Why will the evil ones be surprised?
44Entonces también ellos le responderán diciendo: Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento, sediento, forastero, desnudo, enfermo, o en la cárcel, y no te servimos? 44Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Por eso, porque son malos. For that, because they are Evil.

23 Luego viene la proclamación del juicio.
Then the proclamation of judgement will come. 46E irán éstos al castigo eterno, y los justos a la vida eterna. 46And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. ¿Por qué? Why? 45Entonces les responderá diciendo: De cierto os digo que en cuanto no lo hicisteis a uno de estos más pequeños, tampoco a mí lo hicisteis 45Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me

24 ¿Hay lección que podemos aprender?
Is there a lesson that we can learn? Jesús dice que fallar en servir a otros es igual al tormento eterno. Jesus says that failing to serve others is the same as the eternal torment

25 Esta parabola nos enseña que: This parable teaches us that:
Dios mira muy diferente de como nosotros miramos. - God sees very different than that which we see. 1 Sam 16:7 Marcos 7:21-22

26 Jesús busca algo muy diferente que lo que nosotros pensamos.
Jesus searches for something very different of that which we think. ¿Como determinas tu fe? How do you determine your faith? ¿Aprender, aprender, y aprender doctrina nada mas? Learn, learn, and learn only doctrine and nothing more? ¡Sin práctica! Without practice!
