QUE SON ACEITE ESENCIALES? Compuestos naturales aromáticos de las plantas Destilados al vapor o extraídos a presión Potentes, beneficioso sin efectos Para todos ustedes que no están familiarizados con los Aceites Esenciales, permítanme hablarles un poco al respecto de estas poderosas gotas de extractos de plantas: Aceites Esenciales son compuestos aromáticos de las plantas. 8 Aromático + USO DE LOS ACEITES ESENCIALES KIT MEDICO FAMILIAR ™
Difundido en el espacio: Mejora el ánimo Abre las vías respiratorias Purifica el ambiente Existen tres manera de utilizar los Aceites Esenciales. La primera es difundiendo lo aceites aromáticamente. Usualmente se utilizan de 2-5 gotas por aplicación. Asi que no importa qué método utilizas, esa es la dosis usual. Puedes utilizar el difusor Lotus diseñado especialmente para dōTERRA Lotus, es que está en la pantalla. Este difusor es increíble porque tiene una pequeña pieza adentro que logra vibraciones por minuto, creando un efecto de niebla o neblina en el ambiente. Todos sabmos bien que el aciete y el aguan no se mezclan, asi que a medida que las partículas de agua son fraccionadas en niebla, los aceites esenciales son emitidos al aire en pequeñas partículas que podemos inhalar a través de la nariz a todo nuestro sistema. Si no tienes un difusor así, no importa. Puedes mientras tanto simplemente hacer uso de tus manos. Pones 1-2 gotas del aceites esenciales en la palma de una mano, juntas las palmas y las frotas bien y luego te las pones cerca de la nariz para inhalarlas. Te recomiendo que hagas cinco respiraciones profundas. También los puedes hacer en una servilleta de papel o en la ventila del carro. En una botella con agua y usarla de rociador o simplemente abrir la botella y oler la deliciosa fragancia. Cualquier método que elijas, al inhalar un aceite esencial, tu cuerpo adquiere su olor a través de tu sistema olfativo.
